GWA Youth World Cup
After two World Cups in Spain and France, we finally know the 2022 Youth World Champions! The F-ONE Next Generation riders once again proved they are amongst the biggest stars of the future of wing foiling.
Christopher Macdonald was crowned World Champion in the U19 surf-freestyle category and placed third in the surf-slalom event, right behind his teammate Petros Kontarinis.
Coming back from an injury shortly before the final event in France, Noe Cuyala clearly showed he should never be counted out. He ultimately finished second in both surf-freestyle and surf-slalom events in the U16 category.
The Next Generation team swept the podium in the U14 surf-slalom event. Luca Vuillermet became World Champion and was followed by Ezio Bastianelli and Leon Schiel.
Ezio and Luca grabbed another trophy each in the surf-freestyle competition, placing second and third respectively.
