Year after year, our foil board range grows and evolves to match the progression of every rider and the rapid development of each discipline, from wing and surf foil to downwind SUP foil, and now the emerging worlds of parawing and K-wing.
With a focus on innovation, the R&D team continues to work extensively on each shape and design, aiming to find the perfect balance between volume and size so that each model delivers the most sensations.
Use this guide to find the F-ONE foil board that best fits your skill level, weight, riding conditions, and chosen program.

The ROCKET FREE range was developed to meet the needs of growing disciplines such as parawinging and K-Winging. In these sports, freedom is key: the sail is only used to take off before being put aside, stashed or flagged out to ride swells and ocean energy alone.
Rocket Free DW
The ROCKET FREE DW benefits from an elongated shape to improve glide and acceleration along with enough volume to start planing quickly and with stability.
The FREE DW is a stable board, featuring increased thickness, a wider nose and bottom surface, and squarer rails. The foot pressure is slightly front-biased, following the feel of classic F-ONE boards. This board is designed for riders who prioritize stability and easy take-offs, even in challenging or choppy conditions.
Rocket Free Surf
The ROCKET FREE SURF is ideal for riders who will naturally shift their focus toward ocean surfing, carving swells, bumps or choppy waters, with or without a sail, as it blends glide, control, and maneuverability in a narrow, elongated design.
Comparatively, the FREE SURF is a nimbler, more responsive board thanks to its tapered nose and bottom outline, reduced thickness, and balanced foot pressure. This combination offers excellent pitch stability, even during the most powerful turns.
FREE DW or FREE SURF?
If you prefer a stable and comfortable take-off in your K-wing or parawing progression, the ROCKET FREE DW is the clear choice. With extra volume and exceptional stability on the water, it maintains excellent stability as you wait for the perfect gust, accelerates smoothly, and helps you get up on foil easily.
If you already have solid take-off technique and want a board that shines once you’re flying, the ROCKET FREE SURF is your match. It delivers a more reactive, playful, and comfortable feel in the air, ideal for riders looking to maximize maneuverability and carving potential.

FREE DW or MIDLENGTH?
The ROCKET FREE DW is essentially an extended MIDLENGTH: longer, faster to accelerate, and purpose-built for parawinging and K-winging, where the extra length helps you generate speed and pump during the take-off. If your riding is focused on parawing/K-wing, or you want a board that can handle a mix of these along with wing foiling, the FREE DW is the way to go.
The ROCKET WING MIDLENGTH, on the other hand, is designed squarely for wing foilers. More compact and balanced with less front-foot pressure, it feels naturally tuned for traditional winging.
So, choose the MIDLENGTH if you’re solely wing foiling.
Choose the FREE DW if you’re focused on parawing/K-wing and occasionally go for a wing foiling session.

Board Overview & Programs
Rocket Wing Crossover
The ROCKET WING CROSSOVER is a true one-board quiver: versatile, accessible, and ready for freeride sessions in all kinds of conditions. Its slightly thicker build and generous volume make it especially friendly for beginner to intermediate riders, heavier riders, or anyone who simply wants plenty of volume in a fairly compact shape. With its optimized length and outline, it is a great do-it-all board that keeps progression easy and fun.
Rocket Wing and Rocket Wing Carbon
The ROCKET WING range offers options tailored to different riding styles and skill levels. Its balanced design ensures smooth take-offs, precise control, and a dynamic ride that excels in powered conditions. Smaller sizes in the carbon construction are designed for advanced riders seeking high-performance in freestyle providing exceptional responsiveness and control. Larger sizes in the bamboo construction (5’0, 5’3, 5’5) offer enhanced stability and accessibility.
Rocket Wing-S and Rocket Wing-S Carbon
The ROCKET WING-S is the best choice for wing foiling in the waves. If you like to cruise, surf, or jump, don’t be afraid to go for these boards and their lower volume. Their specific, surf-type shape and the well-balanced, refined volume distribution lead to easy take-offs, less drag in the air, and a lot of control in flight.
Rocket Wing Midlength
The ROCKET WING MIDLENGTH is also fairly versatile, but is truly your ultimate light-wind weapon as it offers great glide, stability, and control over the foil thanks to its narrow outline and efficient design. It is the best choice for intermediate to advanced riders who want to take off fast, especially in light wind conditions, those who want to ride with a smaller wing, or those looking for an agile freeriding board.
Rocket Wing ASC
Finally, the intuitive ROCKET WING ASC is ideal for all stages of wing foil progression, and will provide stability from side to side, impressive responsiveness, and an easy and smooth transition into flight. It is virtually the most durable and accessible foil board of our range.
Bamboo or Carbon?
Choosing between full bamboo or carbon may seem tricky. The weight difference between the two isn’t huge, as we only used carbon to gain strength. Indeed, it was necessary for us to offer carbon boards as riders are pushing their limits more than ever before. Naturally, the carbon construction is ultimately lighter than the bamboo construction, which could be what some look for in a board. The carbon construction also makes the board stiffer and therefore more reactive.
In terms of disciplines, if you don’t jump high and are more into freeriding and surfing, then the bamboo boards will be more than a great fit. If you know you’re going to jump or do some harder landings, or simply if you’re looking for a board as light as possible, then you need to go for carbon.

Bamboo or ASC?
Thanks to its state-of-the-art ASC construction, the ROCKET WING ASC board is as durable as it gets but is a bit heavier than a standard ROCKET WING. This is due to the transparent top sheet added on our ASC boards, which brings strength and makes them incredibly resistant to dings and scratches.

Rocket Surf
The ROCKET SURF is the go-to board for riders seeking a more radical surf and high-performance. Compact and ultra-responsive, it excels at dynamic carving and committed tricks like airs and grabs. Its minimal size makes it almost weightless underfoot for unparalleled freedom in the air, perfect for experienced foilers who prioritize precision and agility over paddling ease.
Please note that the smaller sizes of the new ROCKET FREE SURF replace the ROCKET SURF PRONE, which this model is an extension of.

Our downwind SUP foil board range now features three distinct models, essentially segmented by widths, offering tailored options for everyone.
Rocket Sup DW
The ROCKET SUP DW is the most accessible and versatile option in our lineup, perfect for riders of all levels. With a width range from 19.5″ to 22.5″, it delivers exceptional stability and ease during take-offs, making it ideal for those new to downwind SUP foiling, or riders looking for a board that blends user-friendliness, glide and comfort with performance.
Rocket Sup DW Pro
For the more experienced downwind riders, the ROCKET SUP DW PRO offers a narrower range from 17″ to 20″. This model focuses on performance, delivering enhanced speed and glide, and works incredibly in shorter to medium bumps. Its narrower width provides quicker acceleration and responsiveness, which also makes it a great choice for those who like riding on smaller and faster foils. Available in bamboo or carbon constructions, it’s designed for precision and control.
Rocket Sup DW Comp
The ROCKET SUP DW COMP is built for elite downwinders, with an even narrower design ranging from 17″ to 18″ and carbon construction only. This slim profile maximizes paddle speed and glide, offering exceptional performance for long-distance runs and in longer period swells. Providing super quick accelerations, instant release and easy take-offs, this board is perfect for SUPfoiling races, and for daring riders aiming for lengthy downwinders.
Our kite foil board range includes four boards.
The POCKET is a versatile, light, and easy-to-handle board with great carving potential and a bulletproof construction.
Pocket Carbon
Lightweight and tough, the POCKET CARBON is stiffer thanks to its carbon construction, and is perfect for freeride and freestyle sessions.
Pocket Carbon Custom
The POCKET CARBON CUSTOM benefits from a bit more volume than its regular carbon counterpart. This board is incredibly responsive, light, rigid, and made for carving and freestyle. The added volume also brings more buoyancy, which makes it an ideal board for freshwater sessions as well.
Pro Race Carbon
Finally, the PRO RACE CARBON is our competition-shape board dedicated to kite foil racing.
